Lone Tree CrossFit is powered by Roger VanKuren. He will put your through a practice a wide variety of ‘functional movements,’ movements that everyday life demands. We match our training to each individual’s intensity level and strength. From now on, you’ll be able to say goodbye to typical workout plateaus.
Roger will constantly encourage you to take your body to the next level. Typically the main Workout Of the Day (or WOD) is completed in less than 30 minutes. BUT, at Lone Tree CrossFIt they believe in mobility, skill review and learning, and strength training, so we use the entire hour to help you better yourself in all fitness areas.
If you’re new to CrossFit, a Lone Tree Crossfit membership requires the completion of one Foundation class. These instructional sessions will teach you the basic movements we use in CrossFit. Everything we do can be scaled to your specific fitness level and strength.
