You will find this place is very welcoming and friendly environment from the get-go. They strive to make the workouts challenging yet fun at the same time. Also, at CrossFit Terra Nova you will find not only a place to workout but entertaining social events put on once a month and specials events during the year.
They keep each other motivated throughout each session including; warmup, stretch, and daily workouts. You will find your self warming up by doing a short run, row, or even a little jump rope. Each class is put on by a professional coach with at least a crossfit level 1 coaching certificate.
